Effective Immediately: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic status, we are taking precautions and closing our offices to the public, until further notice. We will continue to evaluate the pandemic status regularly and will notify everyone once we open the office to the public. We are still open for business and if you need to speak with us, we ask you to call our office at (701) 639-4900, email us or visit your tenant portal.

Only emergency maintenance requests will be completed at this time. All other requests will be entered into our system and will be completed once we deem it is safe for our staff.

At River Rock Property, the health and safety of our residents, staff members, and communities is always our top priority. There is a growing concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and along with you we are monitoring the situation closely. We are following the CDC and World Health Organization for updates and guidance.

With COVID-19 Impacting our communities, we know you may have questions and concerns. For the most up to date information, visit the CDC Website.

We have been asked to limit our exposure to others. We want to provide you alternate options for paying your rent, submitting maintenance requests and communicating with the office.

Can I pay rent without going to the office?

We encourage you to stay home to pay your rent during this time. You will be able to pay your rent online via your tenant portal. We accept payments via eCheck (free of charge) or via Credit Card (convenience fee applies).

  • Credit/Debit card fees will remain the same.
  • If you are already set up for automatic payments or have an account and pay online each month you do not need to change anything.

If you have not received instructions on how to create an online account to pay rent, please contact the office and we will be happy to help you get an account set up.

This policy is effective immediately, and we will notify everyone when we will be going back to our normal policy. We feel this gives everyone a safe way to pay their rent during this time.

How do I request a maintenance request during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

Submit a request on your tenant portal or contact the office. You can also email rent@rrfargo.com.

If you have been asked to self-quarantine, please follow all instructions provided by the state or local health care authority regarding your requirements. Please seek advice from the state or local health care authority on having a technician conduct repairs in your home during the quarantine.

I need help from the office regarding my unit, but I am not feeling well. What should I do?

If you have a cold or flu symptoms or are not feeling well, please do not visit the office directly. Contact the office by phone or email for assistance.

How can I update my contact info?

It’s important to update your contact information if anything has changed since you moved in. Please contact our office so we can alert you to any emergencies and important notices. Please email us at rent@rrfargo.com.

What will happen if someone at my apartment building is confirmed to have COVID-19?

If this occurs, River Rock Property will work closely with state and local health authorities to implement any steps they require to protect the community.

We will be asking you when you make your maintenance request if you or any other residents in your home have/are experiencing symptoms or you may have been exposed to COVID-19.
