Welcome to our lakeside getaway on the beautiful shores of Middle Cormorant Lake. Just 40 minutes from Fargo, this spacious and fully furnished two-story cabin features six bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for 15+ guests—ideal for large families, multi-family vacations, or group getaways. Nestled on 100 feet of private lakeshore with a sandy bottom, the property is perfect for swimming, boating, or just relaxing by the water.

MAIN LEVEL

The main floor features a cozy master suite with a king-size Sleep Number bed and private bath, as well as two additional bedrooms and full bath with tub/shower. The fully renovated —and fully stocked—kitchen, large dining area, and breakfast nook are perfect for sharing meals together. The homey living space offers beautiful lake views, while modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and central heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay no matter the season.

SECOND LEVEL

The upstairs loft provides a fun retreat with ping pong and games—perfect for kids and adults alike. The TV cabinet is fully stocked with puzzles and games, including many children’s games. Down the hall you will find a bunk room with 5 single beds, and many toys to keep the kiddos busy. A little further down is a full bath with double sinks, as well as two more queen bedrooms with beautiful lake views.

LAKE FUN

Step outside to enjoy everything this lakefront property has to offer. You’ll find plenty of water toys including lily pad, paddle boards, kayaks, and a canoe—all included with your stay. If you’re looking to explore the lake even more, a pontoon boat is available to rent for an additional charge.

THE YARD

Soak in the private hot tub overlooking the water, or fire up your choice of outdoor cooking options—including a Traeger grill, Weber grill, and Blackstone griddle. The spacious deck and yard are perfect for lounging, playing games, or simply enjoying the fresh air. For the adventurous, there’s a zip line, yard games, a sandbox for the kids. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars.

THE LAKE

Middle Cormorant Lake is a 1,000 acre ground-fed freshwater lake, part of a three-lake chain of lakes including Nelson and Upper Cormorant Lake. The lake has a maximum depth of about 40 feet and an average depth of about 17 feet.

Perfect for fishing, the lake is home to many fish species including Walleye, Yellow Bullhead, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Yellow Perch, Black Bullhead, Bluegill and Brown Bullhead.

The lake even offers a lakefront restaurant, Hi-Ho on the Lake, a great place for friends, family, and delicious, memorable meals by the water.
